Tehran short filmfest extends deadline

The Tehran International Short Film Festival in Iran has extended deadline.

The organizers of the 37th edition of the event announced that the festival extended deadline to receive short films.

The entrants can submit their requests to the secretariat of the festival until August 21, 2020.

Organized by Iranian Youth Cinema Society (IYCS), affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and a member of the International Short Film Conference, the Tehran Short Film Festival is aimed to provide an opportunity for young filmmakers to exchange their experiences.

The festival will be held in different sections, including national, international and special. This edition of the TISFF is hosting a new section dedicated to cinema and book.

The 37th edition of the Tehran International Short Film Festival is slated for November 2020.
